It’s really hard to keep secrets, even if they are painful. Especially if they are painful. And if someone else tells you, “if you talk about this (or tell anybody what we are doing, etc), you will DIE.”
That is what happened to me.
I am a survivor of ritual abuse and mind control. The perpetrators continually threatened me with death for telling the truth. They threatened to kill my mother or sister. Or me. They told me my breath would be taken away and no one would know why I died. 
All this sounds crazy, right? It’s by design. “Crazy” people aren’t believed. They are shunned and isolated; they isolate themselves in self-defense.
I did. For a lot of years. Then I persevered and I healed. And now I’m really tired of the fear and the silence. And I’m talking about what happened.
No more fear.
