If you’ve seen my About page, you’ve read my story of being baptized with God’s love. Such a shock! I had never known that kind of love, from God or a person. 

Years passed after that incident, and I vacillated between truly believing He loved me and wondering if it was real. But during the past year, with writing my memoir and digging in deeper to my emotions, I began to feel it more deeply and more often. I did some work on spiritual renunciations from Restoration in Christ Ministries and got even more healing. I returned to my counselor for a couple of “tune ups.”

Recently, our church worship team has been singing “The Goodness of God”. I am moved to grateful tears whenever we sing the line, “all my life You have been faithful . . . .” Looking back through the darkness, I can see His faithfulness. 

“Waymaker”, another song we sing, states, “Even when I can’t see it, You’re working . . . .” And He has been, and He is. 

And I know He will continue.
